Why do you charge for the first site feasibility study?

We charge for our site consultation to ensure Stephane can dedicate his technical expertise and 20+ years of construction experience to your project. This fee-based step ensures your first meeting is a substantive technical analysis of your site, not a generic sales pitch.

What happens during our first custom build consultation?

During your first build consultation, we review your project goals, analyse site geotech and solar orientation constraints, and outline the exact pre-construction and cost-modelling steps required to turn your design into a verifiably airtight custom home.

How do we check if our property is within your Sydney service area?

Our primary Sydney service area covers a 25km radius around Maroubra, including Point Piper, Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill, Dover Heights, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Bondi, Bronte, and Coogee. We assess custom building projects outside this zone on an individual basis.
